Who's Behind the Rift
🕰️ We're a small crew of pixel artists, level designers, and retro-platformer obsessives who set out to build the puzzle-platformer we always wanted to play — one where the clock itself is a tool, not just a countdown.
🏰 Our mission is simple: take the physics-trap, boulder-pushing, blade-dodging dungeon crawler we grew up loving, hand it a time-freeze mechanic, and see how deep the puzzles can go across a genuinely handcrafted, twenty-level rift.

We collect none. TimmyPimmy does not ask for your name, email, location, device identifiers, or any personal information at any point during installation or gameplay.

How We Use Information
Since nothing is collected, nothing is analyzed, profiled, shared, or sold. There is no advertising engine, no behavioral tracking, and no analytics pipeline reading your activity.

Data Storage
Your level progress, coin totals, upgrades, and settings are saved locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a server or synced to any cloud, because we don't operate one for gameplay data.

Third-Party Services
TimmyPimmy does not embed third-party analytics kits, ad networks, or external trackers. The app runs as a self-contained offline experience from launch to end credits.

Data Security
Because your save data never travels off your device, there's no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your dungeon runs stay exactly where you play them.

Children's Privacy
TimmyPimmy is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. With zero data collection app-wide, there is nothing to gather regardless of age.

Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored remotely to request deletion of. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all local save data, progress, and settings from your device.

Changes to This Policy
If this policy is ever updated, the revised version will be included with the app update and the effective date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
